Acceptance of Agreement:

you agree to these terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions constitute
the entire and only agreement between Comprehensive Counsel and you. Any and all prior
or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with
respect to your use of this Site or its content, and the subject matter of this agreement,
are specifically disclaimed. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by
us without notice to you. The latest terms and conditions will be posted on the Site.
You should review this agreement prior to using the Site.

False Information:
Providing us false information will negatively impact your matter. CEIEC strongly urges you not
to provide us any false, misleading or inaccurate information. CEIEC accepts no responsibility
if use of such false information results in any damage or loss to you.

Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment Policy:
Online Payment by Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The fees will be charged to your credit card in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your credit card company will
convert amounts to your own currency when billing your account. Registration will not be considered final
until the credit card transaction has been completed and payment has been received in full.
By Certified bank cheque or money order: We do not accept personal cheques. An international money order
or certified bank cheque will be accepted, provided it is made out to an amount in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Please ensure that your CEIEC Registration number, First and Last names are supplied with the submission
of the payment. Registration will not be considered final until the Certified Bank Cheque or Money Order has cleared.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are available within 7 days of the date the charge/payment was made, provided CEIEC has not
commenced work on your matter. There are no refunds offered or promised after 7 days, regardless of the service chosen.
This policy is in keeping with the expeditious service standards set by CEIEC for your
benefit. To expedite processing of your matter, you may expressly waive the benefit of refund policy for your matter.
2. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that the charge orignated from.
3. Refunds cannot be issued before 30 days and after 60 days from the charge/payment was made/received.
4. We cannot issue a refund for more than the amount actually taken from the customer's credit card.
5. We will provide a full refund on receiving a written request within 7 days of the date of
the charge, Certified Bank Cheque/Bank Draft.
6. We require your CEIEC Registration number, First and Last name and your registered mailing address along with your
refund request.

Editing, Deleting and Modification:
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents,
information or other content appearing on the Site.

Membership Eligibility:
Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals
who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children
(persons under the age of 18) or to those temporarily or indefinitely suspended .
If you are a under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with,
and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify,
please do not use our Site. Further, your CEIEC account (including feedback)
and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party.

Identity Verification:
We use many techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us
when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult,
cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. Thus, we have established
a user-initiated feedback system to help you evaluate with whom you are dealing.
We also encourage you to communicate directly with potential assessor through the tools
available on the Site. You may also wish to consider using a third party service or
services that provide additional user verification.

Licence and Site Access:
Comprehensive Counsel grants you a limited license to
access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching)
or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of CEIEC. This license
does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any downloading
or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data
mining, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may
not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any
commercial purpose without express written consent of CEIEC. You may not frame or utilize
framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information
(including images, text, page layout, or form) of CEIEC without
express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text"
utilizing name or trademarks without the express written consent of CEIEC.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by CEIEC.
You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of
CEIEC so long as the link does not portray, its affiliates, or their products
or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any logo
or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission from
CEIEC.

Governing Law:
The agreement Terms shall be governed by the Laws of Ontario, Canada.
The Courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes
(including claims of set-off and counterclaims) in connection with this Agreement.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images,
audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CEIEC
or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and International copyright laws.
